Beer Fest is a 21 and over festival. No one under 21 will be admitted, no children, no babies, only people over 21. Attendees and their belongings are subject to search.

Beer Fest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. By entering event, you give Creative Loafing or its agents the right to use your image or voice if filmed or photographed for any promotional or marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

Note: Any "designated driver" caught consuming alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the festival.
