Beerfest Ticket gets you entry into the festival, a souvenir sampling cup, access to beer sampling, interactive games, live music and more.

Designated Driver Ticket gets you entry into the festival, access to non-alcoholic drink sampling, interactive games, live music and more. As a thank you for being responsible, designated driver tickets are $20 off the door price and can be purchased at the door for $10.

BeerFest ‘07 is a 21 and over festival. No one under 21 will be admitted, no children, no babies, only people over 21. Attendees and their belongings are subject to search.

RAIN OR SHINE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
* No Pets No moshing, crowd surfing or stage diving of any kind
* No weapons of any kind
* No illegal substances of any kind (including narcotics)
* No framed or large backpacks
* No outside drinks of any kind, with the exception of water in factory-sealed water bottles
* No glass containers of any kind
* No skateboards, scooters or bicycles inside the festival grounds
* No large chains or spiked jewelry
* No fireworks or explosives of any kind
* No large umbrellas, coolers, chairs or tents
* No video equipment, professional camera equipment or audio recording equipment

BeerFest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. By entering event, you give Creative Loafing or its agents the right to use your image or voice if filmed or photographed for any promotional or marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

Note: Any "designated driver" caught consuming alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the festival.

* By purchasing tickets you are stating that you are 21+ and will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which you might sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities onnected with and associated with this activity and hereby fully release and forever discharge Creative Loafing and Woodruff Park/City of Atlanta from any and all claims for injuries, damages or loss that you may have, or which may accrue to you and arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with this event/activity.
