Japan's top woodblock print artist is having her first U.S. show in Roswell. The YUKIKO SHIMO WOODBLOCK PRINT EXHIBITION showcases 40 of her prints from the last 12 years of her career. Shimo discovered her penchant for woodblock printing while working on the TV show "Manga Japanese Old Tales" as another outlet for animation and storytelling. Through Jan. 31. Free. Only 62 kinds of teas, homemade deserts and soups are available during these extended exhibit hours.
Exhibit closes on Saturday evening, 01/31/09.
