BICYCLE SHORTS MAN is
CL's pick, again -- despite our promise to lay off him for a while. The cause of a few fender benders, he's still a regular fixture on the corner of North Highland and Ponce, donning dark sunglasses, a backpack and a cane. His year-round attire varies only by the color of his skintight spandex shorts. Not much is known about him -- except that his absurdly large "package" is truly that of lore.

I would absolutely flip out if I saw him. This adds some character to the city.
