I recently ordered Earthlink DSL Service on 10-1-09 and was told first that my service would be active in 4-5 business days. I called on 10-20-09 and was told that is usually takes 10-12 business days to active DSL Service. I checked the Installation date on Earthlinks Website and they have the date for my service activation at 11-26-09. I will be going to an Attorney and seeing what I can do legally.
