Earthlink is the biggest thief company on earth. I never received their hardware and called and canceled, but I was billed for 6 months over $260 dollars until I canceled and changed my credit card number, despite numerous calls and promises from the company. Those thieves partially refunded my money but I would up out almost 100 in non-refunded fees including a $50 "early cancellation fee". This company is comprised of thieves who couldn't give a damn about honesty. Personally I think the US Attorney General or the Georgia Attorney General would have a field day if they investigated this band of thieves. Do business with them and you are guaranteed losing money for shoddy service and promises not kept.
