"I Honestly believe teens should be entitled to a bond also and that i know parents that have children that have been sitting in jail for three months and still havent had a bond hearing...I do not believe thats fair and if your 1st bond is denied because of community people complaining about their safety you should still be entitled to a second bond...At least if you have been sitting in there for more than three months..."
