In the whirlwind of Atlanta's dining scene, it's easy to get caught up in the newest restaurant, the latest closing, or the most recent chef to make it on reality television. For this year's Food Issue, I wanted to take a step back and assess the city's restaurants from a different perspective -- to look at what endures. Here's our take on what makes us love eating in Atlanta -- our favorite restaurants, the best local artisan food products, and the must-eat meals that define the city as a culinary playground.
