United Negro College Fund, sticking to its "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" slogan, tackles the problem with the Campaign for Emergency Student Aid. To raise money for this new fund, UNCF invites Atlanta to party with a purpose at its HEINEKEN WITH A HEART bash.
