ALL THE SAINTS, THE N.E.C., GIFT HORSE All the Saints wrap terse and fiery rhythms and psychedelic melodies in a blanket of scraping distortion, feedback and shimmering noise. Athens band Gift Horse adds a twinge of oblivion-laden fuzz and melancholy to the lineup. $10. 9 p.m. Star Bar. www.starbaratlanta.com. -- CR
