Food: Jerry Garcia Tribute Dinner

Haute cuisine and rock ’n’ roll may seem an unlikely pair, but chef Ron Eyester, owner of popular Atlanta restaurant Rosebud, thinks differently. For the past two years, Rosebud has hosted a JERRY GARCIA TRIBUTE DINNER, when Eyester pairs food with Grateful Dead songs the way most chefs pair dishes with wine. Live music by Webster Humpage and Parker Smith accompanies the five-course meal and adds to the evening’s atmosphere. The dinner’s wild popularity in past years has prompted Rosebud to expand it to two evenings, giving even more Atlanta foodies and Deadheads a chance to enjoy the festivities.
