Many Atlantans have tasted his unique cooking style at his latest offering, Flip Burger Boutique, a Westside restaurant that has almost single-handedly introduced the designer burger fad to Atlanta. Always a leader of the pack, Blais takes the stage for an interactive cooking demonstration.
