Creative Loafing Knife's Edge columnist and former "Top Chef" contestant RICHARD BLAIS is well-known for his inventive dishes and extreme cooking techniques. Many Atlantans have tasted his unique cooking style at his latest offering, Flip Burger Boutique, a Westside restaurant that has almost single-handedly introduced the designer burger fad to Atlanta. Always a leader of the pack, Blais takes the stage for an interactive cooking demonstration.
