Meet your U.S. House candidates
The 6th Congressional District -- which covers parts of Fulton and Cobb counties and all of Cherokee County -- is up for grabs. The League of Women Voters of Georgia and the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials are joining forces to sponsor a debate between the candidates Wed., May 31. The event is the first in a series of forums to be held across the state. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Tom Price is scheduled to face off against Republican candidate John Konop of Canton, as well as Democratic challenger Steve Sinton of Marietta, who along with his brother Jon established the radio network Air America.
