The sixth installment of Atlanta's now annual NOPHEST local music extravaganza takes over WonderRoot. What used to be a spring/winter biannual music event has been condensed to just a summertime thing – hence the reason it's the sixth installment of a three-year-old festival. At any rate, there's an extensive cast of Atlanta's fringe-pop, electronic and alt-rock contingency lined up to play this year. Larvae, This Piano Plays Itself, Nomen Novum, Tree Creature, Mice in Cars, Nerd Parade, Envie, Jesse Nobody, the Swear and many more fill out the bill. $5-$10.
