More than 200 people gathered Thursday morning January 8, 2009, for a vigil outside Standard Food & Spirits — where, one day earlier, 27-year-old bartender John Henderson was murdered during an armed robbery. Friends and supporters, celebrated Henderson's life and discussed the tragedy at the popular bar and restaurant on Memorial Drive, near historic Oakland Cemetery in north Grant Park.
