DREAMERS OF DREAMS: Who ever heard of a Snozzberry?

So much time and so little to do. Wait, strike that. Reverse it. Pontoon Brewing has a jam-packed weekend of pure imagination planned and you won’t even need a golden ticket to attend. The brewery is releasing Snozzberries Taste Like Snozzberries, a Berliner Weisse style sour flavored with tart boysenberries and black currants, and finished with vanilla and lactose milk sugar to produce a fruit smoothie-like body at 5 percent ABV. The fruity dessert beer is available on draft at the brewery this weekend, served in 16-ounce cans. On the same day, Pontoon is hosting Sandy Springs OysterFest, where Oysters Co. will be slinging char-grilled oysters, oysters on the half-shell, sliders and clam chowder. Additionally, live music and VIP tickets will be available to get a branded glass, a free pint of a non-Snozzberry Pontoon beer, and a food voucher.

$10-$30 (OysterFest). Noon-midnight. Sat., May 12. Pontoon Brewing, 8601 Dunwoody Place, Building 500, Suite 500, Sandy Springs. www.pontoonbrewing.com/ . 704-929-3821.
