The Wild Game Festival Menu features Venison Three Ways which includes venison meatballs in a creamy game sauce, venison piroshkies with a fresh herb béarnaise and venison chili, for $14.95. Additionally, there is Antelope and Venison Stroganoff, which is fine morsels of South Texas antelope and venison seared in a light cream sauce, topped with oyster mushrooms on a bed of homemade spätzle, for $29.95. The menu also boasts marinated Roast Wild Boar topped with a game sauce and served with red cabbage and spätzle, for $23.95. Lastly, the menu offers an herb-seasoned Roast Cornish Game Hen stuffed with wild rice, for $24.95. Because this dish is roasted fresh daily, quantities are limited.
